Review by hotel critic
The room was spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable bed and a clean, modern bathroom, perfect for relaxing after exploring nearby trails. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which allowed me to upload my photographs effortlessly. While the property was in an old building, the renovations added a sense of charm and warmth. Pricing felt reasonable given the serene atmosphere and breathtaking views, especially if you have transport to explore nearby Lake Como. The attentive host Marco added a personal touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. For a retreat into nature's beauty, Villa Simplicitas is a wise choice.
